Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide Technical Support & Documentation for complex customer programs, including BOMs, RFQs, and specification reviews.
  • •Assist with Internal Solution Development such as cost-modeling and quoting-tool development to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • •Coordinate with suppliers and track quality documents across the solution lifecycle from award to delivery.
  • •Participate in cross-functional meetings to understand the full solution lifecycle and bridge engineering, sales, and operations.
  • •Lead a capstone mini-project to enhance process efficiency (e.g., automating quoting workflow, developing a reporting dashboard, or documenting processes).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred), Manufacturing Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related technical field.
  • •Approximately 3-5 years of experience in an engineering/manufacturing role (including internships or co-ops).
  • •Demonstrated experience with CAD software (SolidWorks preferred).
  • •Experience interpreting Manufacturing Drawings and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
  • •Strong organizational skills with data management in Excel/Google Sheets/ERP/CRM systems and effective communication in technical discussions.
