Job Summary

Serve as a Retail Personal Banker focused on proactively identifying customers’ and prospects’ financial needs using a consultative sales approach. Complete a 4–8 week onboarding and education program with rotations in operations and Sales & Service, then support financial reviews, cross-sell retail products, and set appointments using approved marketing tools. Partner with business teams (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial, Investment) and help meet customer experience and production goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
•Recommend appropriate retail consumer and small business solutions and maintain in-depth product/service knowledge.
•Utilize CAMP and approved marketing tools to reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to the customer base and engage in outside sales activities and community financial literacy events as directed.
•Process teller transactions and partner with business partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment) to refer customers for holistic solutions.

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry (preferred).
•Demonstrated ability to perform sales activities to acquire new customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
•Ability to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
•This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
