Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
  • •Evaluate customer homes and recommend/sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
  • •Train homeowners on how to use their new system to protect their families.
  • •Provide consultative, customer-first support while proactively identifying sales opportunities.
  • •Participate in ongoing coaching and leadership training to advance within the organization.
