Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and evolve corporate data architecture, including real-time streaming pipelines and Data Lakes.
  • •Facilitate Architecture Review Boards and develop Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) for tiering, retention/lifecycle policies, data quality metrics, and master data management.
  • •Build data lineage and centralized data ownership processes using metadata tools.
  • •Define, negotiate, and monitor SLA/SLO for data quality and manage the overall Data Quality Program.
  • •Develop long-term data strategies and prepare infrastructure for AI/ML adoption (AI-ready lakehouse, semantic layer, feature stores, and ML pipelines), collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring engineers/analysts.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience designing data architecture in large-scale, geo-distributed organizations with extensive data volumes.
  • •Expert-level SQL and deep knowledge of data warehouses and data lakes/lakehouses.
  • •Strong real-time data delivery experience, including Change Data Capture (Debezium, native CDC, AWS DMS) and streaming platforms (Apache Kafka, Kinesis, Pub/Sub).
  • •Hands-on experience with data processing tools such as Spark, Flink, and dbt.
  • •Practical experience with data governance and data quality monitoring (e.g., Great Expectations), plus infrastructure tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
