Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and analyze credit information by reviewing financial statements and tax returns, performing financial and cash flow analysis, and interpreting Credit Bureau reports.
  • •Spread and evaluate financials to produce common-sized reports, ratios, and trend reports; assign and substantiate risk ratings and recommend loan structures.
  • •Analyze collateral value using receivables aging and real estate appraisals, and review collateral and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.
  • •Evaluate residential and commercial real estate appraisals, including fair capitalization rate use and USPAP appraisal review preparation.
  • •Apply lending policies and loan documentation requirements (including UCC and lien perfection), serve as a liaison to stakeholders and auditors, and perform independent validation in accordance with FDICIA and Sarbanes-Oxley.

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance (or an Associate’s degree plus two years of experience).
