Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive a multi-year roadmap for DFM across Xometry, including routing orders to the right DFM engineer and scaling into an AI-driven workbench.
  • •Own the Intelligent DFM Workbench as the single structured record for order requirements with role-specific views for staff, buyers, and partners.
  • •Partner with data science and ML engineering to improve manufacturability models using 3D geometry analysis and evaluation of Visual/3D Language Models.
  • •Define and track DFM metrics such as handle time, sign-off latency, pre-job capture gap, RMA rate, and regional rework to prioritize the roadmap.
  • •Lead cross-functionally by serving as the hub between engineering, data science, UX, sourcing, pricing, order systems, quality, and DFM teams and presenting strategy and ROI to executives.
