Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and execute the high-level strategic direction of project controls including cost management, risk management, and schedule management.
  • •Lead the project budget approval process and develop the project budget, cash flow and financial plan.
  • •Oversee risk workshops, identify risks, establish likelihood/severity, mitigation actions and Owners.
  • •Lead project controls deliverables requiring cross-functional input and production of regular reporting.
  • •Develop project execution plans (PEP), review master schedule, monitor baselines and performance metrics, and manage change management strategies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or related field; graduate degree preferred.
  • •12+ years of relevant project controls experience.
  • •2+ years managing high performing project control teams in a consulting environment.
  • •Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • •Demonstrated leadership, communication, and ability to influence project teams toward cost, schedule and risk objectives.
