Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver technical training to Miral Experiences Technical Services colleagues.
  • •Develop, maintain, and update technical training materials, modules, and programs as requirements evolve.
  • •Identify training gaps and changing requirements, coordinate external training, and mentor other trainers.
  • •Maintain safe and healthy training environments while following Miral standards and legal regulations; report and resolve maintenance issues.
  • •Oversee training administration, weekly reporting, training records/certifications, and assist with budgeting and procurement of training materials and tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical or Electrical).
  • •Recognized trainer experience in Mechanical or Electrical.
  • •Minimum 5+ years’ experience in technical training, engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •At least 3 years in a management role, preferably in a technical or training-related environment.
  • •Hands-on experience designing, developing, and delivering technical training focused on preventive maintenance, safety, and compliance.
