Deliver technical and safety training for Miral Experiences Technical Services colleagues, ensuring they can perform preventive maintenance and inspections for their trades. Develop, update, and facilitate technical training modules and materials, coordinate external training, and support weekly maintenance of training records and certifications. Collaborate with management and technical teams to close training gaps, align with operational goals, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
