Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide on-site emergency repairs, start-up services, and preventative maintenance for Eaton Critical Power Solutions equipment.
  • •Deliver technical support and troubleshooting to ensure peak performance and reliability for customers.
  • •Travel daily to customer sites from a home office in the Odessa/Midland, TX area and occasionally stay overnight.
  • •Perform work safely by following company and customer electrical safety rules and participate in safety audits/compliance programs.
  • •Collaborate with Field Service Technicians and take direction from on-site leads when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • •Two years of power systems, battery technologies, and/or electronics experience, including relevant coursework and internship experience.
  • •A current, unrestricted driver’s license with a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record; must be a Regular Driver under Eaton’s Driver Safety Policy.
  • •Must undergo and pass customer entrance requirements as needed, including periodic background checks and drug screenings.
  • •Daily travel to customer sites is required, and you must be able to perform physical tasks including assisted lifting/carrying 50+ lbs.
