•Complete a 4-8 week onboarding and education program with rotations in Operations and Sales & Service, followed by certification.
•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
•Maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend appropriate solutions.
•Proactively reach out to customers using CAMP and approved marketing tools to set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Support cross-selling and outside sales activities, meet/exceed production and customer experience goals, and partner with business teams for referrals.

Salary: USD 43,680 - 69,900 annually

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience with transferrable skills (or combination of education and experience).
•Experience in the financial industry (preferred).
•Ability to perform sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell to existing customers.
•Demonstrated understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
•Ability to learn Retail policies and procedures to make sound decisions; must complete S.A.F.E. Act registration through NMLS at employment.
