Job Summary

Own the operational and technical maintenance of customer applications for the Ivalua Buyer (Source-to-Pay) SaaS platform. Serve as the primary contact for 1–5 customer accounts, coordinating weekly priorities and monthly maintenance reporting with customers and integrator partners. Handle troubleshooting involving code and SQL, perform upgrades and performance tuning, and analyze change requests, ensuring customer satisfaction while feeding needs back to R&D.

•Manage customer relationships for application maintenance across 1–5 accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction with technical expertise.
•Handle maintenance by following up, qualifying, and prioritizing customer requests and troubleshooting code and SQL issues.
•Stay current with new syntax and query optimization techniques to support existing and future customers.
•Analyze change requests, including deviations and customer processes, and perform parameterization and code reduction.
•Prepare and execute upgrades (code, parameters, tests), support customer acceptance, and follow up on associated anomalies.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 4 years of experience in L3/L4 Software Product Technical Support processes.
•Experience developing in an object-oriented language, ideally C# (via projects, internships, or work-study).
•Mastery of SQL, including writing and optimizing queries, plus experience related to AI/Claude Code.
•Experience in technical support, and ideally some customer management responsibilities.
•Preferred BE/BTech or a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering/Computer Science (procurement domain is a plus).
