Key Responsibilities

•Grow, maintain and support existing customers in the assigned COS to drive unit growth.
•Build relationships with key personnel at oncology accounts to facilitate unit growth and ensure patient retention.
•Analyze and monitor patient testing to ensure patients remain on the prescribed protocol by the oncologist.
•Educate medical professionals on Natera tools and resources to facilitate test order management.
•Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales reps, patient coordinators, territory managers) to achieve the best outcomes for patients and providers.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree preferred or Associate’s degree with minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
•Medical assistant, clinical support, patient liaison or nursing background or a minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
•Strong interpersonal and analytical skills with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
•Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal) with demonstrated ability to present to internal and external customers.
•Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; Gmail; comfortable working with data spreadsheets and reporting systems.
