You’ll troubleshoot database and platform issues, translate complex concepts into actionable guidance, and collaborate with customers to optimize implementations, while staying current with PostgreSQL, TimescaleDB, and cloud technologies in a fast-paced, multi-time-zone environment.

•Provide technical support to customers experiencing database and platform issues
•Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance

•Deeply understand customer pain points and challenges to deliver solutions that address their needs
•Manage customer cases from beginning to end
