Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical support to customers experiencing database and platform issues

  • •Collaborate with customers to understand their use cases and optimise their implementations
  • •Deeply understand customer pain points and challenges to deliver solutions that address their needs
  • •Manage customer cases from beginning to end

Key Requirements

  • •Strong PostgreSQL knowledge with understanding of query optimisation, indexing strategies, execution plans, and database internals

  • •Experience with TimescaleDB and other relational databases
  • •Background in customer-facing technical roles
