Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a horizontal product leader across FX and Cross-Border Product and Platform Architecture, collaborating to influence shared outcomes.
•Partner cross-functionally across product, platform architecture, engineering, data, analytics, operations, risk, compliance, finance, and business teams to align priorities and improve execution.
•Translate complex FX and cross-border business needs into product opportunities, platform capabilities, use cases, requirements, success metrics, and roadmap recommendations.
•Act as a hands-on AI product enablement leader by demonstrating use cases, building reusable workflows, and educating teams via templates, prompt libraries, playbooks, and demos.
•Improve decisioning using data-lake insights by defining dashboards/KPIs, surfacing trends and risks from structured/unstructured data, and supporting ROI-based roadmap prioritization.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree (or 8+ years with an advanced degree; or 3+ years with a PhD).
•10–15 years of experience in product management or a related field, with proven leadership guiding product teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
•Strong understanding of product discovery, roadmap planning, requirements definition, agile delivery, and outcome-based measurement.
•Hands-on fluency using AI tools for product management, including practical workflows for synthesis, requirements, prioritization, documentation, and executive communication.
•Deep understanding of enterprise systems such as APIs, web services, data flows, transaction processing, and/or large-scale financial technology environments.
