Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive developer productivity and AI developer tooling projects impacting 500+ developers.
  • •Partner with the Developer Productivity Group Tech Lead to define technical vision and strategy for 6+ engineering teams.
  • •Build and align the roadmap for Asana’s development platform to improve feedback loops and shipping velocity.
  • •Own key outcomes such as extending internal tooling for delegating work to agents across harnesses.
  • •Mentor senior and staff-level engineers and act as a resource for technical planning, architecture, and tech debt prioritization.
