Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic direction and operational leadership for physical security across all SoCal sites.
  • •Oversee the performance and management of contracted security guard forces, ensuring SLA/KPI compliance and vendor relationship management.
  • •Lead day-to-day physical security management of Southern California sites, enforcing security policies and best practices.
  • •Conduct comprehensive physical security assessments of facilities, evaluating access control, perimeter security, CCTV, alarm systems, visitor management, and vulnerabilities.
  • •Manage the regional physical security budget and support crisis management, investigations, and reporting to stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 98,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •5-7 years of progressive experience in physical security management, with significant regional oversight.
  • •Proven experience managing physical security operations across multiple sites within a geographic region and overseeing contracted security services with SLAs and KPIs.
  • •In-depth knowledge of physical security principles and technologies (e.g., access control, CCTV, intrusion detection) and crisis management.
