Support multiple banking centers in the region as an individual producer focused on sales, service, and operations. Process customer financial transactions (teller activities) and conduct needs-based conversations to recommend appropriate products and services, build trust, and generate leads. Meet compliance and audit expectations while adapting to scheduling needs and traveling within the region to support banking centers and their teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Respond accurately and timely to customers’ needs using available resources and tools.
•Evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate financial products and services to build and deepen relationships.
•Perform routine teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
•Achieve/exceed individual and team goals in sales, service, and operations for supported banking centers.
•Maintain compliance with federal/state regulations and bank policies, supporting audits and operations evaluations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.5 - 23 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED required.
•Provide needs-based conversations using a working knowledge of bank products and services.
•Maintain current knowledge of systems used for branch transaction processing.
•Customer service skills with the ability to support teamwork.
•0-2 years of customer service and needs-based banking sales experience preferred.
