Job Summary

Act as a hands-on technical lead for GTS Technology, owning design and implementation of key modules and services. Build and maintain enterprise-grade APIs, develop Java/Spring Boot services with strong engineering discipline, and contribute to technical design across performance, resilience, and security. Support enterprise migration initiatives and optimize relational database schemas, queries, and indexing while troubleshooting system performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a hands-on technical lead, owning design and implementation of key modules and services.
•Build and maintain enterprise-grade APIs, including design, implementation, versioning, documentation, and contract testing.
•Develop Java/Spring Boot services with testing, code review, and CI/CD readiness.
•Contribute to technical design for patterns and non-functional requirements such as performance, resilience, and security, and maintain technical documentation.
•Support enterprise migration efforts and optimize relational database schemas, queries, and indexing while troubleshooting performance issues.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
•7+ years of software development experience (or equivalent depth in enterprise delivery).
•Strong Java skills, including experience with Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
•Proven experience building and integrating enterprise APIs.
•Strong database design and SQL capability (relational), including indexing and query optimization.
