Key Responsibilities

  • •Champion a world-class safety culture and ensure compliance with Applied Materials and customer safety standards, including risk mitigation and safety investigations.
  • •Drive quality standards by managing non-conformances through to closure and maintaining training, qualifications, and competencies.
  • •Mentor and develop engineers and technicians, supporting workforce planning, resource allocation, and vacation scheduling in a collaborative team environment.
  • •Own technical escalations for production-impacting equipment issues, coordinating investigations, facilitating escalation meetings, and leading root-cause analysis with lessons learned.
  • •Support service performance and customer partnerships by monitoring KPIs, providing feedback for performance management, and delivering customer updates and improvement initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 48,000 - 66,000
