Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform advanced structural repairs on Lucid vehicles following approved repair procedures and engineering specifications.
  • •Diagnose structural damage and determine appropriate repair and replacement requirements.
  • •Restore corrosion protection, seam sealers, adhesives, and other materials required for structural repairs.
  • •Maintain structural repair equipment, welding equipment, measuring systems, and tools in proper working condition, keeping the work area organized, clean, and safe.
  • •Perform structural measurements before, during, and after repairs to verify vehicle dimensions and alignment, while following procedures when working around electric/high-voltage vehicles.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years minimum hands-on technician experience in the collision industry, with OEM Structural Repair Certifications from instructor-led training as advantageous.
  • •Valid Driver's License and a good driving record.
  • •Ability to perform structural repairs using repair bench systems such as Car-Bench, Celette, Car-O-Liner, Spanesi, and Global-Jig.
  • •Strong background in advanced structural collision repair, including aluminum MIG welding/MIG brazing and aluminum adhesive bonding.
  • •Ability to interpret OEM repair procedures, structural measurements, and technical documentation, and work safely around electric/high-voltage vehicles.
