Job Summary

Work with the Product Owner and development team as a Business Analyst on an enterprise financial-sector software project. You’ll gather, analyze, and refine stakeholder needs into user stories and acceptance criteria, maintain and prioritize the product backlog, and support Sprint ceremonies with actionable insights. Collaborate closely with developers, testers, and UX designers while keeping product documentation current and communicating effectively with German-speaking stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as an intermediary between the Product Owner and the development team to ensure clear business communication and priorities.
•Gather, analyze, and refine requirements from stakeholders and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
•Collaborate with developers, testers, and UX designers to implement features aligned with business objectives.
•Maintain and prioritize the product backlog aligned to project goals and timelines.
•Participate in Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives, and support continuous improvement through insights.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Informatics (or similar) or equivalent working experience is required.
•Minimum 5-10 years in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or related Agile role.
•Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and experience with JIRA and Confluence (or similar tools).
•Experience writing and managing user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
•Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills, including cross-functional collaboration.
