Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure projects are completed on time within budget and achieve project objectives.
  • •Lead capital projects through the full lifecycle, including front-end development, cost estimating, execution, commissioning, startup, and closeout.
  • •Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve equipment reliability, maintainability, efficiency, and lifecycle cost.
  • •Complete technical studies and product design phases, including preparation of specifications and technical plans and product testing.
  • •Provide functional/technical support to factories to minimize production and maintenance problems and provide technical advisor/project manager support for PRC and key support projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (or related field) from an accredited engineering school.
  • •5-7 years of full-cycle project management experience.
  • •Experience with capital project governance, vendor management, project scheduling, risk management, leadership, and communication across multiple concurrent capital projects on several sites.
  • •Strong background in mechanical and hydraulic systems, packaging methods and materials, electronics/computer applications, and electrical systems.
  • •Ability to direct/lead/manage cross-functional teams on large capital project/programs of $20MM+ and work flexible schedules.
