Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide end-user support and respond to requests logged in our D365 helpdesk.
  • •Handle issues across D365 modules including project management, procurement, client invoicing, intercompany, and purchase orders.
  • •Research and recommend solutions to user-reported problems.
  • •Provide training to individual users or small groups as needed.
  • •Report and investigate bugs and incidents and maintain training materials in the D365 Hub.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluent English is mandatory
  • •Experience with ERP systems, especially D365, is a plus but not essential
  • •Understanding of business systems and processes
  • •Strong communication to guide operational users on D365 processes
  • •Customer focus and experience supporting demanding users including senior stakeholders
