Key Responsibilities

•Perform sector-related credit analysis and risk assessment for Transport & Logistics and Industrials & Manufacturing financing, including working capital, corporate debt, and structured asset financing.
•Prepare/write credit applications and financial analyses, and provide approval recommendations.
•Support structuring of facilities (term loans, revolvers, guarantees) aligned with approved risk parameters.
•Monitor sector-specific portfolio performance through covenant monitoring and risk indicators, and assist in portfolio reviews.
•Collaborate with Coverage and Product teams on credit assessments and client meetings.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (mandatory).
•Professional qualification preferred: CA, CFA, CPA, CAIA
•Minimum of 6 years’ experience in banking, including at least three years focused on credit analysis or risk roles—ideally within the Transport & Logistics or Industrials & Manufacturing sectors
•Ability to operate within established credit frameworks while exercising independent judgment
•Preference will be given to those with underwriting and credit analysis experience specific to these sectors
