Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Construction Management

Manage construction cost management services for major programs across the New York metropolitan area. Advise clients on procurement, vendor prequalification, bids, bid levelling, and bid interview recommendations. Own estimating, cost reporting/forecasting, cost control, change orders, dispute resolution, invoicing, benchmarking, and post-contract audits. Use bid analysis sheets, change control forms, and estimating/take-off software while supporting SOX control responsibilities where applicable.
