Key Responsibilities

•Ensure correct implementation and use of data in F&B cost-control systems and tools.
•Provide spending and performance analysis with insights by store, location, and category to improve global operations.
•Maintain international price strategy; ensure prices are updated and aligned with guidelines.
•Manage POS and purchasing systems (Simphony, Micros, MyInventory/VIA), including updates to prices/products and recipe support.
•Support operations and reporting: monthly close, inventory/stock variance analysis, discrepancy reduction, and accurate monthly/ad-hoc reporting.
