Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in SAP-related improvement projects: gather user needs, design and propose solutions, coordinate implementation by external providers, and ensure documentation of tests and deliverables.
  • •Contribute to migration efforts (e.g., SAP S4): participate in activities related to SAP system upgrades and data migration.
  • •Support the SAP training of key users: help develop and deliver training materials and sessions for SAP users.
  • •Collaborate within the IT Development team to ensure smooth SAP operations and support IA-driven IT needs.
