Site Manager

Manage a DashMart distribution center (5–15k sq ft) and lead the local warehouse operating team to deliver safe, high-quality, high-performance fulfillment. Recruit, coach, and retain Shift Leads and Operations Associates, own daily operations and scheduling, and manage labor budgets to hit site metrics. Use data to identify inefficiencies and drive process improvement projects while partnering with inventory and training teams to delight customers.
