Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and resolve complex end-to-end employee exits/offboarding across multiple international jurisdictions with minimal supervision.
  • •Provide HR guidance on terminations, resignation, transfer procedures, employment contracts, and redundancy processes to ensure legal compliance.
  • •Lead and facilitate meetings for workforce reduction consultations, administrative hearings, and negotiations in separations and settlements.
  • •Draft and administer termination and supplementary documents while maintaining strict privacy and confidentiality, and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
  • •Act as a first point of escalation for employee relations matters, track cases, coordinate stakeholders, and drive process improvements and automation.

Key Requirements
