Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the stability, security, and efficient operation of Army enterprise network environments within the NETCOM Global Management Team (GMT).
  • •Perform mid-level network administration including monitoring, configuration, and troubleshooting of critical network infrastructure in a 24/7/365 environment.
  • •Assist with incident response, maintain boundary security devices, and apply DoW/Army cybersecurity policies and compliance requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science in a related field (e.g., Information Technology or Cybersecurity).
  • •1+ years of experience in network administration or support.
  • •Experience supporting DoWIN Army or DoD networking environments (preferred).
  • •Strong Layer 3 routing fundamentals (OSPF, BGP basics, VRRP/HSRP) and networking platform experience (Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, or similar).
  • •DoD8140 certification required (e.g., Security+ CE, CEH, Cloud+, GCIH, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP) and ability to maintain an active Top Secret/SCI clearance (or obtain SCI).
