Key Responsibilities

  • •Welcome attendees at entrances and communicate Ground Control’s presence and purpose.
  • •Follow shift schedules, refill water stations, and patrol assigned event zones with group mates.
  • •Learn to operate a two-way radio, perform emergency medical calls, and respond immediately to radio requests.
  • •Assist distressed individuals, de-escalate as needed, and share information from the event website and guides.
  • •Understand evacuation procedures and provide directional support to headliners using megaphones at entrances.
