Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and own strong technical relationships within supported territories.
  • •Drive the technical win by moving opportunities from qualification to technical validation and into business validation.
  • •Create technical activity plans to help customers validate Splunk products and achieve value outcomes post-sale.
  • •Run presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and Q&A to support clients through the buying process.
  • •Scope and run Proof of Concepts to agreed success criteria and timelines, while keeping opportunity updates current in Salesforce.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to communicate clearly with customers and internally across meetings, phone calls, email, and RFPs.
  • •Strong presentation and demonstration skills, including using stories effectively, with active listening.
  • •Good organisational, prioritisation, and time management skills.
  • •Knowledge of Linux or Windows and basic network connectivity troubleshooting.
  • •Understanding of infrastructure as a service platforms (AWS, GCP and/or Azure) and IT architecture concepts like high availability and disaster recovery.
