Key Responsibilities

  • •Define integrations and platform strategy and own the product roadmap for data-sync and integration surfaces.
  • •Make reliability (uptime, data freshness, accuracy) a product outcome, including legible triage when issues occur.
  • •Ship AI agent workflows and production APIs for end-to-end GTM work (enrichment, sync, signal-to-action).
  • •Own a small set of customer relationships directly and translate learnings into product bets, especially for renewal-critical integrations.
  • •Partner with engineering and design to deliver simple experiences, drive migrations/deprecations/enablement, and close the loop with Sales and CS feedback.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 124,000 - 271,200 annually

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years in product management, including owning integrations, data sync, or a platform/API surface for B2B SaaS such as CRM or sales-engagement platforms.
  • •PM-level fluency with integration primitives including OAuth, webhooks, rate limits, and data mapping/object sync.
  • •Demonstrated track record making reliability (uptime, freshness, accuracy, error rates, incident triage) a product outcome.
  • •Fluency shipping LLM- or agent-powered features in production, with practical opinions on evals and agent design.
  • •Comfort translating customer discovery into specs and acting as the escalation point when an integration breaks.
