Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead or coordinate incident management for Workday system issues, ensuring timely assessment, escalation, communication, and resolution.
  • •Provide clear stakeholder communications during incidents, including business impact, status updates, actions, and next steps.
  • •Support post-incident reviews, root cause analysis, and follow-up actions to improve release quality, system reliability, and operational processes.
  • •Plan and coordinate monthly local changes and bi-annual global releases, managing end-to-end release lifecycle activities including dependencies, readiness tracking, risk identification, alignment, and post-release review.
  • •Lead training and enablement activities, and drive continuous improvement across release management, communications, training, and incident response processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience delivering support services, release planning, and change coordination in a systems/technology environment.
  • •Experience managing senior stakeholders and working effectively across cross-functional, cross-region teams.
  • •Experience with incident management, including coordination, escalation, stakeholder communications, and follow-up actions.
  • •Strong judgement in prioritisation and decision support when balancing competing business and regional requirements.
  • •Ability to design or deliver training, guidance, or user enablement to support change adoption.
