Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise executive leadership with strategic human capital guidance aligned to business objectives and long-term growth.
  • •Develop and execute people strategies, ensuring alignment between workforce priorities and organisational goals.
  • •Drive workforce planning, organisational design, succession planning, and leadership pipeline readiness across business units.
  • •Lead talent reviews, leadership development, performance management, and employee engagement and culture transformation programmes.
  • •Handle complex employee relations while ensuring compliance with UAE labour legislation and using workforce analytics to support continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline (Master’s or MBA highly regarded).
  • •Several years of experience in Human Capital, including senior HR Business Partnering or HR leadership.
  • •Proven success partnering with senior leaders to deliver strategic people initiatives that support business performance.
  • •Strong expertise in workforce planning, organisational development, talent management, succession planning, engagement, and change management.
  • •Knowledge of UAE labour legislation, governance, compliance, and employee relations; strong analytics using workforce data and insights.
