Key Responsibilities

  • •Support operational teams in defining role needs and target profiles.
  • •Write job ads and ensure distribution through appropriate channels.
  • •Identify candidates in CV databases, social networks, and internal systems; conduct phone pre-qualification and build shortlists.
  • •Ensure selection and assessment interviews, coordinate interviews with managers, and participate in offer evaluation with HRP and managers.
  • •Support employer branding, internal mobility coaching (CVs/interview practice), and school outreach activities; provide candidate feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •Master 2 (or equivalent) or higher education.
  • •3+ years of proven experience recruiting technical profiles (e.g., electronics, software).
  • •Strong sourcing skills using job boards and social networks, comfortable with digital channels.
  • •Ideally experience with Workday and Phenom.
  • •English proficiency and strong communication/conviction with stakeholders.
