Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver day-to-day void maintenance, ensuring properties are completed to required standards and ready for service families.
  • •Carry out void work-in-progress inspections, check subcontractor progress and workmanship, and sign off completed works.
  • •Plan and manage joint inspections with service partners to keep works progressing efficiently and properties ready for move-in.
  • •Provide effective leadership to the operational team, supporting and motivating colleagues while managing subcontractors for quality and delivery.
  • •Support health and safety through regular site audits and help meet KPIs, SLAs, and customer satisfaction targets alongside the Void Delivery Manager.

  • •Previous experience in void maintenance, housing maintenance, or a related trade background.
  • •Willingness to learn and develop into a supervisory/leadership position, with supervisory experience beneficial.

  • •Awareness of health and safety expectations, with relevant training desirable (and training can be provided).
