Job Summary

Own the self-directed investor support experience for USVC, serving as the primary point of contact across inbox, call center, onboarding, and escalations. Build investor-facing playbooks, FAQs, and automations to scale support for KYC through reinvestment. Handle investor communications on tender offers, NAV/statements, and tax-season needs while maintaining CRM accuracy and partnering with Compliance, Product, and Marketing to improve the experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Own email support for self-directed investors across email and phone.
•Run investor onboarding support, including escalated compliance intake.
•Build and maintain agentic systems, automations, and self-serve content such as FAQs and help center materials.
•Manage investor communications for tender offer notices, NAV/statement questions, and tax-season (1099) support.
•Maintain CRM and investor-record accuracy, coordinate with Compliance on investor-facing templates, and partner with fund administrator/custodian on statement/NAV/settlement questions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,000 annually

•1-3 years running investor or customer support operations at a retail investment platform, transfer agent, fund servicer, or consumer fintech in a regulated environment.
•Clear, precise written communication; you act as the voice to investors and internally within the company.

•A track record turning repeat support volume into scalable systems such as FAQs, macros, and automations.
•Actively applying AI to build leverage.
