Maintenance Supervisor - 3rd Shift

Oversee the maintenance department, production lines, and facility systems to support safe, efficient plant operations. Plan and schedule maintenance activities, monitor downtime, and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement. Lead and develop the maintenance team while ensuring food safety, safety compliance (including OSHA), and regulatory coordination. Own preventive and predictive maintenance programs (e.g., oil, vibration, thermography) and manage maintenance purchasing and budgets.
