Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive strategic execution across AI Neobank priorities.
  • •Build and manage operating rhythm, OKRs, leadership updates, decision tracking, and accountability.
  • •Coordinate major workstreams across product, engineering, licensing, market expansion, partnerships, finance, and operations.
  • •Prepare decision memos, board/leadership materials, execution plans, and performance reviews.
  • •Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies early, help leadership make sharper trade-offs, and own special cross-functional projects requiring senior judgement.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience driving strategic execution across teams as a strong operator.
  • •Excellent judgement, communication, prioritization, and follow-through.
  • •Ability to work with founders, CEOs, leadership teams, and senior external stakeholders.
  • •Comfort operating in ambiguity with limited guidance, moving from high-level strategy to detailed execution without losing quality.
  • •Strong writing, business analysis, and problem-solving skills; startup/consulting/strategy/operations/fintech or regional expansion experience is a plus.
