Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect solutions to meet strategic and tactical technical needs, driving end-to-end solution design for initiatives and enhancements.
  • •Incorporate non-functional requirements (reliability, performance, maintainability, supportability) into solution architecture.
  • •Create and maintain a technical capability roadmap, owning technical risks and mitigation approaches tied to features and technologies.
  • •Coordinate security architecture requirements with enterprise security teams and ensure governance/approval readiness using accurate architecture diagrams and evidence.
  • •Lead developers through creation and review of new or enhanced software, providing technical guidance and translating business needs into technical solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • •15+ years of significant experience in solution architecture and delivery in complex environments (multi-team, cross-functional).
  • •5+ years of Finance domain experience and 2+ years in Investment domain within Finance; custody domain experience is a plus.
  • •Strong solution design skills across application, integration, data, and platform layers, with ability to make tradeoffs and drive decisions.
  • •Experience coordinating security architecture and compliance expectations for enterprise solutions.
