Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as account liaison, coordinating and executing account SLA requirements as the primary point of contact for auction vendors/clients.
  • •Engage with clients to understand requirements, upsell CAI products and services, and ensure agreed work is completed to client expectations.
  • •Coordinate across stakeholders to support auction operations, including review of sale line-up vehicles, locating missing vehicles, and ensuring readiness on time.
  • •Monitor vehicle reconditioning processes, support the client team, and communicate with stakeholders to maintain smooth auction operations.
  • •With assistance from more senior peers, conduct condition report and imaging audits and educate on company products and services.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma/GED with 3 years’ experience in a related field (or any level degree/certification beyond HS/GED in a related discipline, or 5 years’ related experience).
  • •Valid driver’s license and ability to operate vehicles with standard and automatic transmission (preferred).
  • •Preferred prior experience in vehicle reconditioning and/or general auto body knowledge.
  • •Ability to work with minimal supervision as a self-starter.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
