Key Responsibilities

  • •Design internal and external financial reporting and measurement solutions for finance operations and FinTech initiatives.
  • •Define measurement frameworks and metric definitions, and develop complex SQL models to transform large datasets into actionable insights.
  • •Collaborate with senior Finance partners to understand strategic objectives, recommend analytics solutions, prioritize work, and present insights.
  • •Design and build data assets and dashboards (Looker/Tableau) and agentic solutions to support business leaders’ decision-making.
  • •Provide mentorship to junior analysts and help drive AI adoption through scalable AI workflows and LLM-assisted insight generation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Finance, Statistics, Data Science, Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • •5+ years of data analytics experience with a strong focus on SQL, python, data modeling, and data visualization.
  • •3+ years supporting Finance or similar teams, influencing leadership and driving financial operations, reporting, or FinTech optimizations.
  • •Experience with Payments and/or financial products.
  • •Proficiency in advanced SQL (preferably BigQuery or similar DWH) and experience with Looker or Tableau; familiarity with dbt/Airflow is a plus.
