•Develop and maintain the autonomy software stack for air vehicle systems, collaborating with perception, motion planning, and hardware teams to deliver reliable flight-critical software.
•Implement features related to computer vision, SLAM, controls, estimation, and secure communications for multi-domain robots.
•Contribute to the engineering of Lattice OS-based platforms enabling collaboration across Fury, Barracuda, and third-party robots.
•Triage, profile, and optimize performance across hardware-in-the-loop and field deployments.
•Travel up to 30% to build, test, and deploy capabilities in real-world environments.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 166,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of production-grade Rust experience in a Linux development environment
•BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field
•Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
•Experience building software solutions involving significant amounts of data processing and analysis
•Travel up to 30% of time to build, test, and deploy capabilities in the real world
