Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the P2P expert in sales cycles, partnering with AEs and SCs to lead deep-dive product walkthroughs, and solution design after the initial pain points have been identified.
•Collaborate with product and solutions teams to align roadmap capabilities with customer needs and develop compelling narratives for large enterprise clients.
•Identify and influence high-impact P2P deals and act as a trusted advisor to prospects during evaluation.
•Support sales enablement by training AEs, SCs, and CSMs on P2P use cases, workflows, and best practices.
•Partner with marketing to develop content, case studies, and ROI tools that showcase the value of our P2P platform. Refine the P2P RFP process.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in P2P, procurement, or AP automation — ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
•Prior experience in a solutions consulting, pre-sales, product specialist, or sales overlay role.
•Deep understanding of procurement and finance workflows (intake, purchase orders, approvals, invoicing, etc.).
•Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for both technical and business audiences.
•Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Asana, and enterprise software such as Coupa, Ariba, SAP, Oracle, or Workday is a plus.
