Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as an SME for pensions processes, clients, systems, and tools, ensuring accurate processing and checking.
  • •Monitor team activity and coordinate workload to meet SLAs by organizing, prioritising, and allocating work effectively.
  • •Produce and analyze reports for internal and external clients, and meet KPIs, SLAs, and quality targets.
  • •Identify issues in processes handled by the teams and drive initiatives to find and implement solutions.
  • •Write and maintain knowledge documents, participate in internal and external audits, and support training/best-practice sharing.

Key Requirements

  • •Pensions administration experience in a client service environment, with a willingness to learn and progress.
