IT Manager – IT Network Engineer L2

Protect the reliability and resiliency of P&G’s network infrastructure as part of a 24x7 Network Operations Center (NOC). You’ll perform incident, change, event, and request fulfillment operations using monitoring tools, drive proactive service improvements and continuous process improvements, and implement network moves/adds/changes across LAN/WAN, wireless, VPN, firewalls, and load balancing. You’ll also support crisis calls, communicate with internal customers and external partners, and mentor junior engineers.
