Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide consistent on-site compassionate presence and care across assigned facilities, following safety protocols.
  • •Actively engage with team members across work areas and break locations for at least 40% of the workday.
  • •Provide spiritual and emotional guidance to team members and immediate families, respecting beliefs and values.
  • •Counsel distressed and bereaved individuals/families and respond to critical incident situations.
  • •Maintain confidentiality, keep accurate contact records, write required reports, and collaborate with HR and chaplain services on education and social service opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree; master’s degree preferred.
  • •Four units of clinical pastoral education (or willingness to complete within two years of employment).

  • •3+ years of chaplain experience in a culturally diverse, faith-inclusive context is preferred.
  • •Basic computer and video conferencing skills (MS Office) and must be proficient in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
