Job Summary

Architect and run Vyne Dental’s multi-channel demand-generation engine, creating scalable campaigns and lifecycle programs that drive qualified pipeline for dental practices and DSOs. Own lead-generation strategy, ICP/channel mix, and funnel performance including forecasting, A/B testing, scoring, SLAs, and handoffs to Sales. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align messaging, targeting, attribution, and continuous optimization.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and own lead-generation strategy, including ICP definition, channel mix, and monthly pipeline targets aligned to revenue goals.
•Design scalable demand-generation and lifecycle marketing programs to improve onboarding, engagement, upsell, renewal, and advocacy.
•Plan and execute omni-channel campaigns and landing pages, including email, paid media, SEO, and content syndication; build automated nurturing motions.
•Own marketing-to-sales funnel performance: lead capture, scoring optimization, handoff/SLAs, attribution, and continuous conversion-point optimization.
•Lead A/B testing across pages, messaging, creative, and offers; partner with internal teams to ensure tracking and reporting accuracy.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in lead generation, demand generation, or growth marketing for B2B SaaS or healthcare tech.
•Experience scaling pipeline through paid, organic, and outbound-centric channels, including email and landing page management.
•Strong digital advertising experience with Google, Bing, Meta, and TikTok, including display/search networks.
•Expertise with Salesforce, Pardot, or similar systems for email creation/sending, campaign tracking, automation, scoring, and attribution.
•High analytical capability building funnel models, forecasting lead volumes/conversions, and evaluating CAC/ROI.
