Key Responsibilities

  • •Be a point of contact for branch Profit Protection issues and escalate as required.
  • •Mitigate the risk of malicious harm to Partners and customers.
  • •Manage shrinkage performance within budget and risk appetite.
  • •Address external and internal dishonesty, procedural failure, and administrative error related to shrinkage.
  • •De-escalate conflict situations professionally, including detaining or banning individuals if required, and support investigations as needed.
